Note:

The Faculty has invited eligible (potential) graduands to proceed online registration in April/May 2026.

Photo-taking:

The Faculty will arrange professional photographers to take photos of graduands during the Ceremony. Please note that it is not allowed to take photos in the aisles or before the stage when the Ceremony is in progress. Photos will be available for download.

Bad weather arrangements:

If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or the Rainstorm Black Warning Signal, or 'Extreme Conditions' is in force on July 15 and 16, 2026, the following arrangements will be applied:

Morning session (i.e. Session 1, Session 3)
If any of the warnings is hoisted or in force after 7:29 a.m., the morning session of the same day will be re-scheduled. The Faculty will announce the follow-up arrangements in due course.
If any of the warnings is lowered or cancelled at/before 7:30 a.m., the morning and afternoon sessions of the same day will proceed as scheduled.

Afternoon session (i.e. Session 2, Session 4)
If any of the warnings is hoisted or in force after 11:29 a.m., the afternoon session of the same day will be re-scheduled. The Faculty will announce the follow-up arrangements in due course.
If any of the warnings is lowered or cancelled at/before 11:30 a.m., the afternoon session of the same day will proceed as scheduled.

During a session
If the Rainstorm Black Warning Signal is in force during a session, the relevant session will continue to proceed as the Congregation is held in-door.
