「3TRIP」⻘年內地實習體驗計劃 2025 香港多媒體設計協會(HKMMDA)誠摯地邀請學生參加本年度的「3TRIP」⻘年內地實習體驗計劃 2025。本計劃歡迎香港大專院校各學科的學生參加。這次計劃將為學生提供寶貴的實踐機會和多元文化體驗，助力未來職業發展和個人成⻑。 作為特別因香港⻘年需要而設計的深度內地體驗實習項目，本計劃以【國家發展新機遇】為主題，透過提供內地實習機 會給有志體驗內地生活、渴望跳出舒適圈的香港⻘年，加深香港⻘年對中國社經環的了解，讓參加者親身體驗和認識中 國的發展趨勢。實習地點分別為中國的兩大經濟與文化中心: 北京:以「多媒體」及「城市更新」為主題，當中「社區治理」特別適合希望了解內地公務員體系及社區規劃的學 生，為日後投身公共服務及相關專業奠定基礎。 上海:以「多媒體」、「廣告」及「文化創意」為主題，適合對活動、設計、創意及品牌推廣有興趣的學生，提供 深入了解創意產業的實戰機會。 計劃圍繞「兩地交流」、「認識國家」、「專業考察」三個宗旨，在實習過程中，參加者將有機會在崗位上司指導下參 與真實項目，從而接觸真實營商環境和實踐專業知識技能，拓寬個人視野。計劃還將包括一系列的前置培訓和活動，將 在 4-6 月期間進行，包括工作坊、訓練營和交流會，以確保參加者能夠充分地準備身心迎接實習的挑戰。計劃的實習日 期為 6-8 月期間，計劃在地日數為 34 日，實習工作日數不少於 20 天。實習體驗完成後將有一個分享會總結成果。
