
The Digerati Competition is an Arts-Tech initiative that encourages students to develop groundbreaking projects that merge digital technology with artistic expression. This competition provides funding and mentorship to support students in translating their ideas into tangible outcomes with commercialization potential. Whether you are working on AI-driven art, immersive experiences, or digital storytelling, this is your chance to showcase your innovation. Digerati winners will be awarded Stage 1 grant of HKD10,000 and will be eligible to apply for the Stage 2 Seed Funding Scheme (Student) of up to HKD40,000.

HAGG, HKU ATL GameMakers Group, a game development student interest group under the Arts Tech Lab (ATL), HKU Faculty of Arts. The community is composed of HKU students, university members and external industry advisors. The aim of the group is to create a beginner-friendly community to for game dev enthusiasts to gather, exchange thoughts, create projects and learn from together; to build (life-long) friendship with community members through collaborations and gathering events; to promote the game dev culture in HKU and Hong Kong; and to create game dev connection network to benefit our members.
