Application for HKU undergraduate students

Students should read and follow the instructions below prior to enrolling your preferred course(s).

For non-final-year students:

Please select the suitable course(s) on Student Information System during the add/drop period (June 11 to 18, 2024).

For final-year students, please follow the steps below:

Step 1

Submit the application by filling in the online form, https://hku.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6lhe6F0LU9bL1Ii

(Submission Deadline: May 31, 2024)

Step 2

Your home faculty will confirm the outstanding credits that you need for the completion of your degree studies. You do not need to contact the course-offering department(s)/coordinator(s) while we are processing your request.

Step 3

Upon approval, the Summer Institute in the Art & Humanities will inform your home faculty to enrol the summer course(s) for you.

All HKU students must attend the classes on campus
HKU final-year students should take note that application is successful upon the outstanding credits are confirmed by home faculty.
HKU students are not required to pay for both the application fee and programme fee.
The Faculty of Arts reserves the right to change or cancel any of these courses without further notice. Students are advised to take this into consideration when drawing up their second semester 2023-2024 study plan.
